Noel Morin, Hilo resident, is a civic leader and environmental activist focused on climate action, sustainability and community resilience. In addition to CCL He is a board member of both the Hawaii Electric Vehicle Association and Think B.I.G.


Molly Whitely

CCL Hawaii Co-State Coordinator

Molly Whiteley is a former public school teacher and administrator and a current member of the Maui chapter of Citizens' Climate Lobby Hawaii.

Molly is the CCL Hawaii liaison for Senator Hirono.

Paul Bernstein

CCL Hawaii Co-State Coordinator and CCL Oahu Chapter Co-Lead

In addition to CCL Hawaii Co-State Coordinator, Paul is the CCL Oahu Co-Group Lead. He is the CCLHawaii liaison for Senator Schatz and Representative Case. Paul leads Youth Outreach for Oahu.

Paul is an economist with UHERO at University of Hawaii, Manoa

Ron Reilly

CCL Hawaii Co-State Coordinator, and CCL Hawaii Island Chapter Lead

In addition to CCL Hawaii Co-State Coordinator he is the CCL Hawaii Island Group Lead and the CCL Hawaii liaison for Representative Tokuda.

Ron is a specialist in presenting Climate Interactive En-ROADS, a powerful climate solutions simulation tool

Ron is retired from Island Bicycle Adventures. He is an avid sailor.

Dr. Robison is president of the Hawaii Island United Nation Association. She is the retired director of UH Hilo International Services,

Keith is active tabling at events and supporting other Hawaii chapters with tabling supplies. He is also active testifying for legislation supporting CCL policy areas especially carbon cashback

Keith is a retired aerospace engineer and an environmental, labor and social justice advocate.

John is the Kauai Center Director for the Hawai'i SBDC (Small Business Development Center) Network

 

JoAnn A. Yukimura

CCL Kauai Member

JoAnn was mayor of Kauaʻi County from 1988-1994 and served on the County Council for a total of 22 years. A graduate of Stanford University and the

University of Washington Law School, Ms. Yukimura was the first Japanese-American woman mayor in the United States. She started the public transportation system on Kauaʻi; helped to found KIUC, Kauaʻi’s electric utility cooperative; authored and secured passage of strong laws regulating shoreline setbacks and vacation rentals. She was instrumental in the building of 1500 affordable homes and protecting 250 acres of coastal open space. In her early days as a citizen, she also worked successfully to stop highrises on Kauaʻi.
