Carbon Cashback Action

There are four Carbon Cashback bills introduced in the Hawaii Legislature this session. With your support and testimony, we can encourage passage of Carbon Cashback in Hawaii!

  • HB1146 (Waiting to be referred.)

  • HB1498 (Waiting to be referred.)

  • SB1004 (Referred to EET/AEN, WAM.) ACTION REQUESTED: Contact Senators Gabbard and DeCoite to schedule a hearing.

  • SB1060 (Referred to EET/AEN, WAM.) ACTION REQUESTED: Contact Senators Gabbard and DeCoite to schedule a hearing.

  • To submit testimony to the Hawaii Legislature, you'll need to have an account (you'll need to log in before you can submit testimony). To create an account, go to the Hawaii State Legislature Registration Page and click the 'Register' link in the upper right corner.
